What does a qualifying host pay for smart vending?

ZenTen does not charge qualifying hosts equipment purchase, rental, stocking, routine service, or maintenance fees. Employees, residents, and guests purchase their own items. The host provides an approved location and reasonable service access; we confirm fit before moving forward. Pantry service is a separate, employer-funded program.

How do you decide whether a location is a good fit?

We look at the people who regularly use the space, the placement opportunity, expected demand, and service logistics. A short conversation is usually enough to decide whether an on-site review makes sense.

Who chooses the products?

We build the opening assortment with your audience in mind, then use purchase patterns and feedback to guide changes. The goal is a useful mix, not a one-size-fits-all planogram.

What is the difference between vending and pantry service?

With smart vending, individual customers purchase their own items. With pantry service, the company sponsors snacks and drinks for its team through a custom budget and delivery plan.
